5. DR Ray's Suicidal Deadpool
An unfortunate mistake from DR Ray clenches a victory for his opponent, Mike Ross. Something to keep mind when playing Deadpool is that his third teleport always malfunctions and explodes. The explosion can do damage to the opponent if they are close enough but will always damage Deadpool.
4. Noah The Prodigy
Out of nowhere came an 8 year old named Noah Solis to the Evo stage. He made it all the way to top 64, battling against pros like Royal Flush and Chris G. Keep an eye on him. He may be the future face of fighting games.
3. Almost Double Perfect from Spark
Spark's (playing Hakumen) ability to block and predict almost every attack from his opponent, Lord Knight (playing Lichi) is scary. Spark is showing all those tier list followers that low tier Hakumen isn't someone they should write off.
2. PR Balrog's Tron Level 3s Dark Phoenix
PR Balrog (Wolverine, Dante, Tron) and Viscant (Wesker, Haggar, Phoenix) fought it out in the grand finals of Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 . The match in question starts at the 8:28 mark but, the whole set is worth a watch. Things started to look grim for PR Balrog when he was down to just Tron against Hagar and Dark Phoenix but in what was either an amazing read or a flat out Miricle, Tron caught Dark Phoenix in a Level 3 super, instantly killing her. The ball kept rolling when he took out Viscant's Hagar and reset the bracket. Remember guys, it's not over til' the fat lady sings.
1. Poongko perfects Daigo
A perfect tournament victory is a rare event but, when a perfect is had on Daigo "The Beast" Umehara, you realize you've seen the video game equivalent of Hailiey's comet. Internet favorite Poongko defeated Daigo in what was undoubtedly the most exhilarating match of Evo 2011.
